The election is next Tuesday and if you hadn't heard, the Burbank Democratic Club was first to endorse Mike Gatto, despite an effort by his chief opponent to block our vote! DPSFV's endorsement committee also picked Mike, but their recommendation was blocked. Then we had a special endorsement caucus for the 43rd Assembly District and Mike Gatto won the endorsement of the California Democratic Party. He is our candidate.
Don't be turned off by the negative campaign literature you've recieved from Mike's rival. Her chances improve the less people turnout. I'm not saying that's her plan, but it could be. If you haven't already voted, please do. If you know anyone who is going to sit this one out, talk them out of it. Every vote counts. Vote for Mike on April 13th (and then maybe twice in June!)
