The REAL John McCain
Dear activists, colleagues, and friends,
We at Brave New Films are becoming increasingly concerned that the real John McCain story is not being told. Many in the media are in love with the "maverick" despite his changing positions, and obvious political pandering. We HAVE to do something about this!
So we did some extensive research on his flip-flopping, and can now proudly present:
On our new website, TheRealMcCain.com, you'll also find a scathing new blog penned by top McCain watcher and fellow hellraiser, Cliff Schecter.
Please forward this video and email on! We need your ideas, inspiration, and smart ways to spread this new website and video to your networks. It's how we'll change the media's love affair with McCain, and everyone else's too.
All the best,
Robert Greenwald and Brave New Films

Presidential Candidate Videos
Hear from all the announced democratic candidates for president
I hope this trend continues. It is so nice to have these statements not have to fit into a 30 second sound bite.

Where's the Democrats' Plan???
So a heads up to y'all. A primary new meme among the NeoCons, Republicans, Conservatives and assorted jerk-faced reactionaries goes something like "Sure, 20,000 some odd more troops is a piddly excuse for a new strategy, but what is the alternative?"
I heard an Orange County Rep. Congressman offer that as his parting thought on KPCC this morning, but keep your eyes and ears attuned, and you'll get several more doses, I'm sure.
And my answer is: THERE IS NO GOOD ALTERNATIVE, THAT IS WHY WE CALL IT A QUAGMIRE, YOU IDIOT!
So the Republicans now admit that there are no good choices. They don't have the intestinal fortitude to call it a quagmire, but that is what it is.
How soon can we expect the apologies for calling us Defeatocrats, traitors, collaborators and cowards? Don't hold your breath. To be a Republican means never having to tell the truth, much less say that you're sorry.
The cretins.
